Usage Terms for Aquatech Enterprise Services
Welcome to Aquatech. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Aquatech ERP platform, including any associated software, websites, and services. By accessing the system, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please cease all usage immediately.
1. Software License and Access
Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, Aquatech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the ERP platform for your internal business operations. This license does not include any right to resell the software or use it to provide services to third parties without explicit written consent.
2. User Responsibilities and Conduct
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Furthermore, you agree not to engage in any of the following forbidden activities:
- Attempting to bypass system security or gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of local, state, or international laws.
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any other software designed to disrupt the system.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the platform.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on the platform, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Aquatech or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Aquatech. You may not use any trademarked logo or branding without our prior written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
Aquatech provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Aquatech be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for non-payment of subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the software will immediately cease, and we will handle your remaining data in accordance with our data retention policy.
